Sending a Mail
To maintain close ties with loved ones, inmates can send and receive mails at the FMC Carswell. An inmate can receive mails from two categories, general correspondence or special mail. General correspondence mail is just normal mails from friends and family and is opened for inspection before the recipient receives it. On the other hand, a special mail could be an important communication from the inmate's attorney, and this can only be opened in the presence of the inmate.

Sending Money
